Lean & Agile Auditing
Lean techniques transformed the motor industry at first in post WW2 Japan and then across the Motor industry. The aim is to deliver value to customers in the most efficient way. These techniques have been gaining ground outside of manufacturing industries and are now increasingly used in the hotel industry, airlines and other service industries. These tools and principles can also be successfully applied to other activities, finance, IT and human resources and internal auditing.
