This is another popular document that I regularly develop with clients develop.

It builds on the accountability toolkit and sets out a simple summary of the matters that managers should gain approval on and also the matters that they should report to others.

This toolkit captures in simple terms:

  • How delegation of authorities should work in practice
  • What issues or incidents should be reporting elsewhere in the organisation
